Abelo Subprocessor Directory

This Subprocessor Directory provides an authoritative list of third-party subprocessors and service providers engaged by Trebbble S.A. ("Abelo", "we", "us") to support the delivery of the Abelo Platform and Services, pursuant to the Abelo Data Processing Agreement ("DPA").


Before engaging any subprocessor, Abelo conducts rigorous security and privacy due diligence to ensure that the entity maintains technical, organizational, and contractual safeguards that comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Applicable Data Protection Law.

1. Core Cloud Infrastructure Subprocessors


These subprocessors provide the underlying cloud hosting, database storage, processing power, and transactional delivery infrastructure for the Abelo Platform.


Subprocessor - Entity & Headquarters - Processing Activity / Service - Data Location - Safeguards / Transfer Mechanism

  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) - Google Cloud EMEA Limited (Ireland) - Primary cloud infrastructure, database hosting (Datastore/NDB), BigQuery analytics pipelines, cloud storage, task scheduling (Cloud Tasks), and application execution. - European Union (Belgium / europe-west1) - European Economic Area (EEA) storage; ISO 27001/27017/27018, SOC 2/3 certified.

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) - Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (Luxembourg) - Transactional and operational email notifications (Amazon SES). - European Union (Ireland / eu-west-1) - European Economic Area (EEA) storage; ISO 27001, SOC 1/2/3 certified.


2. Messaging Networks & Telecommunications Gateways


These providers deliver communications (Viber Business Messages, SMS, and WhatsApp) to recipient mobile networks and return delivery status reports (DLRs).

  • Rakuten Viber - Viber Media S.à r.l. (Luxembourg) / Rakuten Group, Inc. - Delivery of Viber Business Messages, session callbacks, and delivery receipts. - European Union (Luxembourg) & Japan European Economic Area establishment; EU Adequacy Decision for Japan commercial data transfers.

  • Apifon - Apifon Telecommunications S.A. (Greece) - Telecommunications gateway for SMS delivery and messaging routing. Greece (European Union) - Intra-EU processing; Greek telecommunications compliance (EETT / ADAE).

  • M-Stat M-Stat - Telecommunications S.A. (Greece) - Telecommunications gateway for SMS messaging and carrier routing. Greece (European Union) - Intra-EU processing; Greek telecommunications compliance (EETT / ADAE).

  • Yuboto - Yuboto S.A. (Greece) - Telecommunications gateway for SMS messaging and subscriber callbacks. Greece (European Union) - Intra-EU processing; Greek telecommunications compliance (EETT / ADAE).

  • Meta Platforms - Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Ireland) - WhatsApp Cloud API messaging delivery and template processing. - European Union (Ireland) European Economic Area establishment; Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) / EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

3. Invoicing & Corporate Operations

Subprocessor - Entity & Headquarters - Purpose - Location of Processing Safeguards

  • Elorus - Elorus Single Member P.C. (Greece) - Electronic invoicing, tax compliance, and billing management. - Greece (European Union) - Intra-EU processing; compliant with Greek tax legislation (myDATA).


4. Website Analytics & Marketing (Public Website Only)


[NOTE] The providers listed in this section are utilized strictly on our public marketing website (abelo.ai) to evaluate website performance and measure promotional campaigns. They are never deployed inside the authenticated Abelo Platform (app.abelo.ai) and never access Customer Personal Data or message recipients.

  • LinkedIn - LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company (Ireland) - Marketing measurement and conversion tracking (Insight Tag) on abelo.ai. - European Union / Global Activated solely upon user cookie consent.


5. Subprocessor Updates and Notification Process


5.1 Advance Notice of Changes


Abelo provides Customers with at least fourteen (14) calendar days' advance notice before appointing any new subprocessor or replacing an existing subprocessor to process Customer Personal Data.


Notices are communicated via:


  • announcement within the Abelo Platform administrative dashboard; or

  • email notification sent to the Customer's registered billing or account administrator.


5.2 Objection Mechanism


Customers may object in writing on reasonable data protection grounds to the appointment of a new subprocessor within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving notice.

If a Customer submits an objection, Abelo and the Customer will work together in good faith to resolve the concern. If Abelo cannot accommodate the objection without modifying the Services, the Customer may terminate the affected Services in accordance with the Abelo Data Processing Agreement.
